Is it just me, or does toasting a sandwich makes it 5 times more amazing?

I mean even pastrami on walmart-brand bread and swiss becomes drool-worthy after two minutes open-faced on broil in the toaster oven.

you are right i cant eat sandwiches made of bread. if its a sandwich it has to be toasted even grinder rolls need to be toasted as well as burger buns and hot dog roll. i wish i could meet the genius who thought of toast and thank him for such a marvelous invention

I'm eating fresh sandwiches right now and i can assure you, I prefer my food less rough. Toasting the bread makes it kind of hard and difficult to chew.

This reminds me of my vacation @ kreta..
I asked my mom if I could put a slice of bread with cheese in the toaster-ish thingy @ breakfast. The cheese fell off, the thing went burning and the whole building had a burned smell for the rest of the week XD
I kinda walked away unnoticed. It was mostly my mom's fault though, I wasn't really old. And she told me it wouldn't matter

But anyway, otp. I love everything toasted
