Thank you, I have done so. When I opened lunaupdater there were pink text at the top saying that "Configuration not found, using default values". Is that normal?

IDK, maybe. If your using bootanim9 then you should change your config again to specify the correct arm9payload (luma3ds) as opposed to replacing the bootanim9 one

Ah I looked online and Hamcha said that the configuration file is only necessary for those coming from bootanim9, otherwise the default values are perfect. Thanks for all your help!
