Hacking Question Tinfoil errors - failed to read pfs0 header, Could not find cmnt and unknown NCA magic

Hi,

I'm using Tinfoil 12 and nut 3.1
I'm trying to install one of the NSP game against firmware 12.0.2 (atmosphere); unfortunately, this error is presented:

Failed to read pfs0 header!
Installing xxxx
could not find cmnt!
install failed, looking for mirror...
Failed to read pfs0 header!
Installing xxxx
could not find cmnt!
install failed, looking for mirror...

Also, when I tried to install XCI, this error is presented:

Unknown NCA Magic (decryption failed?): xxxx

What do you think could have caused this? thanks

Try using TinWoo Installer instead.

Have you run lockpick_RCM? Tinfoil needs a keys.txt file to decrypt newer games, even if you are on the same/greater frimware the game is for

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Run lockpick_rcm (either from Hekate or direct payload inject)
NOTE: You MUST have atmosphere's 'sept' folder for lockpick_rcm to work correctly

2) copy the file 'prod.keys' in the 'switch' folder on your sd card to the directory 'tinfoil.nro' is in.

3) Rename 'prod.keys' to 'keys.txt'

4) Try installing the nsp/nsz in Tinfoil again.
