Can you extract ISOs from discs and saves from memory cards with it?

My Wii is more recent. It can't load Gamecube games, or read Memory Cards, so I cannot use the homebrew to extract from those.

So you want to extract gamecube iso from a gamecube because you can't do it on a wii. Unless is possible to use wii homebrew on a gamecube, I doubt there is any tool to do that with on gamecube. I think is possible to do with a pc, but I never tried.

From what I understand, you need a specific CD rom drive and some tools. Dolphin explains how to rip games on their wiki page.
