I know what you mean, i seen some people asked for specific 3rd evolved form pokemon at levels 1-10. (example: a charizard at level 1)
is that even possible? lol

And let me not even start on all the horrid names i seen people give their pokemon.
Seriously, if your looking to trade on the gts make sure you check the names before comiting to the trade.
If not, you may end up with a Mr.mime named "Ash's Dad".

I gave away a starter Pokemon I bred and got... a different starter Pokemon I already have. It's gotten to the point that receiving a Fennekin is like encountering a Zubat in Pokemon Red. Don't need it just upload it back up and hope for something else.

I have gotten some stuff I was happy with, shelder, fennekin, german psyduck lol, a few others, nothing super crazy.
the best thing I personally got was a level one larvitar with pokerus.
not sure how many people have gotten pokerus yet but it can't be too many, so I felt very lucky to get that, and I infected friends already haha.

but... the longer this game is out the more 'bad' pokemon will be on miracle trade I think, surely eventually it will become much more hard to find anything nice, harder than it currently is.

Just dumping a few Sylveons onto WT. I ended up with a Golett, a Psyduck and that ghost and grass type tree thing. I ended up trading off the Psyduck and Golett to another real life friend...so yeah.

I usually throw Eevees (I was tring to get some female with adaptability), and receive a mix of trash and good stuff. I got a Zoroark and a Squirtle for example. I just wish I had time to play it the way I like I would use more wonder trade and care less with beating the game so fast.

I've been getting a lot of IV bred pokemon, probably failed masuda method attempts! Adamant Honedge, etc.

Theres a vid with the reporters trading on wonder trade for 10 mins its pretty funny.

I think its gonna be the opposite.
Imagine once pokebank opens and people begin putting up the pokemon they caught and bred in b/w 2 that cant be caught in x/y.
Should see more interesting pokemon at that point.

well i HOPE it is the opposite, and not filled with 'junk' pokemon, but i have seen people 'bragging' about how they catch a box or two full of low level bidoofs etc etc, and trade them all and get a good variety of things back. good for them, but bad for the other people...
with a friend, i would trade something good for something good, but i wouldn't want to to risk trading something good to a stranger, trusting it will be something i want.
although if you do not like it, you can keep trading until you find something you do like.
not to be negative, i have used it and enjoyed it, i just don't want people to abuse it.

but on another aspect, it is great since, even if i do not really want to receive a psyduck, i got a german one, and that opens up my german pokedex area etc etc, which is really cool.
although makes me annoyed that to fully complete my pokedex i will have to get all 700+ pokemon, 6 different times. since there is japanese, english, french, german, italian, spanish, korean, right? the language your game is set to is fine, you just need to get all the pokemon from all the others... i wonder if you get anything special for completing it.

I sent a set of the X/Y starters to wonder trade named after the kids from Bob's Burgers. Got called an asshole for that.

I actually got a charmander with a better nature thenm what I had at the time so I just used that one
got a quilladin and a few other nice ones.
it's more amusing then anything lol
