For misty
go to power plant and talk to everyone
go back to gym and rocket grunt will confront u and run away
walk out gym
go to bridge and kill the grunt
go back to gym and get the machine part in one of the life rings
return the machine part to power plant
go to the cape east of bills house
find misty and she walks
go to gym and fight that bitch

Two switches, randomized locations, once you pull the first one you have to pull the second or it resets.

The second switch is always in a trashcan around the first one.

you need the ticket to ride the train
you must go to the pink house close to the station in saffron.
In there you will find a girl upstairs talk to her she is the mimic girl
She wants her doll, you get it off the man in the pokemon fan club in the town with Lt. Surge.
The man will give you the doll go back to the mimic girl and give her the doll she will give you the card to get on the train then

hey i already chased suicune all the way to kanto when we see him when we exit S.S.Aqua. then i went up to the place besides bill's house after i beat misty, but suicune ain't there! where is he/she/it?

suicune is hiding on route 14 on the water near the windmills walk along the water when you find it,the magican appears, then go to bills house and she should be there.
