I see cover, what looks like quicktime events, rapid fire over short range and a 30 round magazine.

The style, story or something else may see it rise above but at first glance it does seem like Gears of War goes steampunk.

Just for those that don't know, this game is meant to be have some technical features never before seen in any game ever. It's all been a bit hush hush but press that have seen it action have been blown away by it!
