In a game, when you do something for someone, you get a reward that allows you to do another something to get a bigger reward, and so on, and one day, the reward will be so valuable that you could retire after three days of works

Irl... You do something for someone, you get a... Shit... Yea let's call a cat "a cat", can you really call that wage of yours a "reward"? You get oppressed, you get blamed for whatever is going wrong in the building... And you will have to endure that for over 40 years, and guess what, you might not even be able to retire even then

Since Morrowind, all Bethesda games have been using the same engine. Rockstar obviously uses a different one, and they've obviously upgraded even further since RDR1.
