I own 3 3ds if i start a lokal multiplayer game can i control all 3 links with 4 hands( bzw 2 players) or are there riddles that need a 3rd aktiv player

the idea of this has actually made me cringe

I wonder why I can't access online play.

It brings up a error message saying that 'you can not play online with this game card'.

I heard that you can't play local multiplayer with only 1 friend. Can you and your local friend play together with someone who is online then? (you can do that in Mario Kart 8)

For anyone looking into save game editing, the 'SaveData.bin' file seems to be split into sections. Each one if followed by a CRC32.

First one is 0x0000-0x01FB, with CRC32 at 0x01FC.
Then 0x0200-0x19FB, CRC32 at 0x19FC.
Then 0x1A00-0x2BFB, CRC32 at 0x2BFC.

Rupee amount is at 0x02B0, it's at least 2 bytes(have only tested it up to 0xFFFF). Currently looking for the friend token location.

EDIT: Item counts seem to start at 0x0230. One byte each. Think 0x0234 is friendship tokens.

Trying to edit these offsets but save is always corrupt.
I think it's something related to crc check. As I only modified the values of rupiees.
Any advice?

Edit the items however you like. I was lazy and just put 22 from everything in between 0x0230 and 0x02B1. Doesn't seem to have any adverse effects so far. See picture below.

Grab the numbers from 0x0200-0x19FB and shove them all into a CRC calculator like this one:

http://www.tahapaksu.com/crc/

Make sure you change the input mode to HEX.

Then go to the offset 0x19FC and enter the CRC-32 you generated from the calculator but backwards in pairs of two
For example: if it generated this from the calculator 0x4972976F
Enter it as the following:

i get on the page but then when i click on anything i get virus scam and it locks my browser and i have to close it ,
anyone know whats going on? did they get hacked again?
it says something like you have porn virus your PC is infected call M$

ok i ended up getting it working shortly after
now chrome says phishing attempt popup was blocked
weird it never did that before

Mind sharing how you got this to work? Whenever I edit that value it gives me the whole save file corrupted thing. (Although I haven't done any manual save editing really, just used some save editors and have done some minor hex editing for something else years ago). But yeah if I'm missing something simple I'd love know.

Playing on EU console 10.2 emunand installed as CIA. When I go to multiplayer option get a scrolling message at bottom saying the multiplayer lobby is not available at the moment.

Playing now the EU version online on my Japanese N3DS (cia too). Works just fine.

Where am I wrong?

Leaked? The game got released yesterday in europe and someone who preordered the game could dump it and share it on the ISO site. I wouldn't call it leaked.

It was preordered and then shared. When i downloaded it that day i found a lot of people to play online with.

That's weird. EU .cia is working on EU N3ds with GW emunand 9.5 for me.

please learn basic computer security before doing warez stuff, you're going to screw up your computer and if you're having trouble with it i'm assuming you're using someone else's which makes it worse
