The USA also wants to destabilise Russia and it's allies such as China so for them the longer that war goes on the better. USA also is pretty much bankrupt with now over $34 trillion in debt and with BRICS nations destablisting the dollar even more USA is worried about this, so war is good for business. Now much like the USA and the never ending wars, in the middle east Iran work along the same lines and fund it's own proxies to destablise that region and keep itself stronger. Let's hope one of it's proxies - Hamas is totally annihilated, then the Houti rebels, then hezbollah and finally the Irainian regime. Then we might get a bit of peace in that region.
The truth is, most people in the west don't give a hoot what goes on it the East or in Africa or South America etc. As long as it doesn't directly aftect them and their day to day lives who can blame them. Most people have bigger worries in life to deal with such as feeding their kids, paying their bills and keeping a roof over their heads. Wars never benefit the average man, they only benefit the already rich and corrupt and the average man pays the ultimate price for their greed and corruption.
