EDIT: Okay, I realized that when it was burnt onto my comptuer, it was only 1.8gb... I think that might be something I'll have to fix.

I believe my cIOS revision is 13a, the usb loader is at the most current version (don't ask me what version, cuz I'm sick right now and I'm not touching my Wii), and the region is NTSC-U

I had cIOS revision 14 the first few times I tried the game, got the black screen. Then I tried the cIOS revision 13a because I read somewhere that it may work, but no luck.

Basicly you can always say if a game doesn't work:

1) Try CFG-Loader. It has the best compability (GX is one of the crappiest loaders).
2) cIOS rev14 is the best cIOS (besides for ripping games and playing Dual-Layer games)
3) If the game region is different from the disc region, play around with forcing/patching the Video Mode.
4) Set the language to default.

If that all doesn't work, it's a bad .iso, or something went wrong during the transmission.

Alright, thanks. Hopefully later today I'll be able to try out that loader, and I'll try transferring it again.

in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
you have to launch your homebrews directly from the wii u menu
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
