Hardware the difference between the left joycon motherboard versions?

Dose anyone know what is the difference between the left joycon motherboard versions?
I had a problem with my left joycon it wasn't charging
So i connected it with the right joycon to know were is the problem but it didnt work after that
So I orderd motherboard and got the wrong version (mine is the old version and I got the new version)

I recall that Nintendo fixed some connectivity problems that the old controller had.
No new functionality though.
