What IC is responsible of charging left joycon? OLED

Hi, what is the IC responsible for charging left joycon in OLED version? and how to test it?

I've modded the switch and worked fine but the left joycon is connecting but not charging


I've tried replacing the rail and the joycon battery and tried different joycons it connects but not charging.
