OLED not turning on, Digitiser works and joycons not charging

Hi, so about a month ago, my Switch’s OLED stays black but it continued to work in tv mode and the digitiser still works. What i didn’t realise is that the switch isnt charging the joycons although when they are charged and connected to my switch the switch recognises them and vibrates. could it be a power IC or something?
