Extended Item Icons for "The Binding of Isaac: Repentance"​

texture mod, no lua on switch =(​

What's included:​

• item quality on sprites (0-4)
• item effect icons (tears+, tears-, bomb drop, soulheart, slow effect, etc. etc.), ~36 icons now, more to come
• item name on the texture in tiniest, but readable font (3x6 bitmap, no spacing, multicolored)
  • use built-in zoom mode for easier reading
• item quality and most effects are adapted from extended-item-descriptions mod
• effect icons are original (drawn by me)

it's an interesting way to get around no LUA, i'll have to check it out. Great work!

New update! v0.5:

• added charge bar on the side to show the maximum charge of active items
• some icons have been changed to better fit with other icons
• 3 new icons:
  • button - active items
  • blue baby - familiars/buddies
  • explosion - for items that explode
