DSFTP acts as a server. Therefore, you need an FTP client to connect to it.

Host is where you put the DS' IP. The port is 21.

The DS should generate a random user/password which is displayed on the screen when you run DSFTP. You can create a saved user/password in the config file.

Can I tranfer file DS to DS without PC or router?

    I tried with Combox1.3 (FTP server/client)
but look like it need router to give IP to DS

I'm getting the same error as pancakeguy (Filezilla says it's waiting for the welcome message and then times out). Has anyone gotten DSFTP to work with Filezilla?

Perhaps it has to do with the fact that the client computer connected to the same router as the DS. I'm trying to connect using the "192.168..." IP number. Do I need to do some sort of port forwarding in my router configuration to get this to work?

Give your DS a static IP, it fixed all my homebrew wifi problems.

I did that, and it still doesn't work. I decided to try a different FTP server (Combox) to see if it was my settings. Combox's FTP server works, so it has something to do with DSFTP.

Combox has both an FTP server and a client, as well as other utilities for connecting via WiFi (and it doesn't rely on the DS's WiFi connection settings, which is both a good and a bad thing). However, it's probably harder to set up and use than DSFTP. More info here.
