tf2 is not being its usual stellar self with this update

Was playing with Shakraka on a pubbie server and we both got connection errors, guessing it happened to that server too (but I think it's back up now).

This situation is out of my hands currently. I've been trying to restart it more than 20 times already but it just won't restart. And the technicians at the game server hosting company just won't respond.

Next best option I can think of is just find some not lame empty server and fill it up with Tempers as much as possible before pubs start joining. :\

Server host cant handle the traffic, can never understand why Valve release an update and then does a free weekend straight after, you have all the people that own the game wanting to get the new achievements/weapons and the influx of free weekenders on top and then whole thing falls down, they do it every update you would of thought they learnt from last update. This must not give a good impression of the game to people trying it for the first time for free.

The best thing is, the server has been running fine for the last 2 months and suddenly when this update hits it crashes >_>

The server's constantly getting full but people are also leaving so keep trying to join.

Well that server belongs to a clan not surprisingly, and they have slot reserves. And they're starting to show up so....yeah.
