Hacking Tegrarcm troubles

Earlier today i successfully installed atmosphere on my 8.0.1 switch but after reboot it was gone. Now when I try to push any payload through tegrarcm, the program freezes. I tried different ports, different cables and nothing. It recognizes that my switch is in rcm mode. Any help?

Edit: i didn't use hekate the first time if that means anything.

Try with the latest hekake that's the old one that I don't think works on firmware 8 and up

Try making your ad card again. Delete Sept and atmosphere folder completely and recioy them in dont just paste onto of the old files.

Hi, i'm the dev of TegraRcmGUI. It looks like the GUI cannot create a child process for TegraRcmSmash.exe or the executable is not responding. Try to drag and drop the payload on TegraRcmSmash.exe file instead (with the explorer).

I managed to get it to work. I tried this method and same result. It works randomly for me so I guess I'll just have to be lucky
