Hacking TCP Gecko Tutorial?

Hi,
Is there any tutorial about using tcpgecko on the wii u? Every attempt to connect to my wii u failed. I can use the exploit to use dumpiine, but I'm unable to connect to tcpgecko. I'm using win 10 and the all-in-one package from the sticky-thread.
Any Help woukd be nice.

Are you using the definitive package if so put this in your definitivePackage-20151029 folder replace the old one when prompted

as i see the link for tcp gecko now uses the tcpgecko directory and no more the pygecko directory

what is that pygecko in the definitivepackage for ?
