Hacking system volume information folder on SD card ?? What are those files?

I am using Haxchi but was wondering how it came to this folder? Didn´t have this folder before. In this folder are two files:
-IndexerVolumeGuid
-WPSettings.dat

What is this?

It's used by windows for the recycle bin. You can remove it if you want. It's normally hidden

System Volume Information is actually for system restore and search indexing. $RECYCLE.BIN is the trash. You can delete them both, though. :)

    Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it.
