Both of my 3DSs are Luma 10.7 A9LH

They don't "all give the update notification".

I've had a N3DS on A9LH 10.7 for a month that's never once done it, and an O3DS that stopped as soon as it downloaded H&S.

Where did you get the idea they "all" do this?

I've done 6 and walked a buddy through 2, None of them did it. So with his logic it never happens[emoji14]

I get an update nag because of my 9.2 browser

Nope, not sure what you have done but I have yet to get it. I'll be doing another 2ds this week so we shall see if that does it

Keep in mind Im on Luma also, when the xDS is first turned on it will say a system update is available, Ive run straight to both the eshop and settings and both say im up to date.

I only put luma on the ones I do and had my buddy use it for his.

Ill be doing a N3DS monday if i can get it repaired, EBAY buy for less then $100, giving a error on bootup, Original owner only took the battery out, says it sit for a while turned on and come back to a black screen, not sure what it could be unless its an SD card error.

most of the times you don't know what to search for...
the let me google that for you link on the first page for example "nag" isn't something a new user will be able to know how to call it
sometimes you try to put a complicated question on google because you don't know what are the names of stuff, and doesn't give you what you are looking for..

i also had this problem, i thought there was a 10.8 firmware or something, there wasn't, i ignored it for a while until i let it update, i thought it was for some reason like a bad update..
it most likely it was caused by fbi inject.. but i am not sure because i installed the cia and reverted the HS.app back to stock

I've done 4 3ds arm9hax never had an update nag

Although I have had this same issue was on 10.4 emunand (latest at the time) and had update nag. I was going to ask about it here (good thing I didn't)
It was emunand after all. I updated it and was still on 10.4 no more nag. happy me...
I'll also add what others have said alreddy.. Again.. Sometimes it's hard to simply Google something if you don't have a clue what you need to Google.

Update I did got the same notification on an A9LH N3DSXL just about 5 mins agoView attachment 48011

None on the 3 I've done in the past week. Not sure what YOU specifically are doing differently.

Mine isnt a Nag, its just a notification
