@Elysium420 If you haven't abandoned all hope and run away after people like @jerrmy12 and @DHall243 come in here with their unhelpful and disrespectful posts, then you most likely have found your answer with @regnad. The 3DS can do "partial" updates if it finds individual titles are out of date or missing or altered. If you're ever unsure of an update, just use Decrypt9 to make a sysNAND backup and then go ahead and update. You can use that backup to revert if something messes up. This is one of the perks of having A9LH. Welcome to the Arm9 Master Race.
