Hacking System transfer from 11.5 o3ds stock to cfw 3DS?

I want to do the DsiWare game injection,
I have 2 3DS' one is 11.5 stock o3ds (target) the other is 11.3 cfw o3ds (source)
I want to get cfw on both of these 3DS' with minimal data loss, I can backup save files on cfw 3ds but on stock 3DS I want to know how to keep these files if possible,
I heard if you transfer from stock to cfw and then back to stock using dsi hax to get cfw on both will that work?
Q1 If I transfer from stock o3ds to cfw 11.3 will it automatically update to 11.5
Q2 If i transfer from normal ds to cfw will cfw be uninstalled and impossible to get back and be like a stock 3ds
Q3 Will transferring from stock to cfw and back with dsi ware hax work to get cfw on both

Q1 - you'll have to update to 11.5 to transfer
Q2 - CFW stays on consoles it is installed on unless you deliberately uninstall it
Q3 - yes
