Hacking System Menu questions/thoughts

so i can't test the video mode codes with preloader as i can't seem to get any of the region free ones to work.. anyone have the region free working yet with it?

Now in multi cios the option should be "install custom IOS36 with IOS36 rev-7 dip as IOS249" or CHANGE IOS249 to IOS50

Well i used IOS33 with IOS37 rev7 dip when i created the CIOSCORP that is on the lower IOS's
but any setting with revdip7 install as IOS50 should be fine that is on a 3.2 Firmware
nothing is sure on 3.4

Well i used IOS33 with IOS37 rev7 dip when i created the CIOSCORP

Did you use IOS33 just for IOS30 or for all the low #s. Or did you use 36 for those? Asking becasue I need to correct some posts if you used IOS33.

I patched IOS22 and higher By Hand by injecting the App1 file from the Cios Rev7
and the lower ones, i used Multi Cios Installer IOS33 with IOS37 dip7 When CIOSCORP was created. Works good on a 3.2 but i dont guarantee anything on the 3.4

IOS50 must be repacked with the DIP7 module, or use cIOS37 as IOS50, but either way is not a warranty it should or will work, best of luck..!!!

How many CIOSBUGFIX IOS's are there?

I installed 37, 38, 53, and 55 yet Trucha signed discs still dont work.

Everything else works perfectly though.

Well others said they work, I haven't actually tested them myself
But they did have the trucha bug put back into them, So not sure

My autobooting Wad Manager disc isnt working.

The IOS30 that was in the CIOSCORP package.

Was that originally IOS30-64-v1040.wad or IOS30-64-v2576.wad?

I am under the assumption that IOS30-64-v104 is the best / earliest version as it is the one that is in Bushing's Firmware 3.2 Semi-brick Fix Disc over at hackmii.

Just installed CIOSCORP, and the wads went smoothely...but It seems as though I have a serious problem. Whenever I insert a disc, it asks me for a wii update in the disc channel. Help on this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks!

My Wii had IOS30-64-v1040 originally.

IOS30-64-v2576 from CIOSCORP installed fine.

well dag it i already patched it and its uploading now,
downloaded IOS30 1040 and unpacked and patched and repack less than 8 MIN and had it uploading, Thats gotta be a record or something

You need to install Starfall and enable block disc updates.

Though, for me, it seems Starfall doesnt allow Out of Region discs even though the option was enabled. (I believe other people have stated that in this massive topic, but I just skimmed it.)
