I couldn't make the updates appear on the Disc Channel and know I know why, I think, cause I disable Starfall, my IOS4 says is vers. 255.0 (65280) maybe that one I get it when I update to 3.4 and the IOS Downgrader doesn't install it...!!!

i downgraded from 3.4 to 3.2, still got the updates showing on disc channel, now went back to 3.4 trying to install cioscorp on it, i think 3.4 should be the main goal, we will need to eventually. just dont accept the uela or whatever its called, then they cant update. who needs the shopping channel, not like anyone who mods is gonna buy much.

have you patched with the DIP7 all of the IOS in 3.4....??? even IOS50...??? then I really don't know why the updates keep promping at disc channel...!!

I'm not sure if my CIOS pack will even install over the new 3.4 IOS's? cause their newer? Did you patch the IOS50?

I think the IMG File is for if you want to Reflash you nand i dont know of any other use for it and i always use FS DUMPER, to dump the IOS out atleast thats what i done, Or use the Multi CIOS installer for IOS50 i dont think it goes to IOS4 though

you can't do anything with the .img, you need the decrypted files, use FS Browser or FS Dumper, check the location of IOS50 with any title deleter and search for:
Eg, IOS249 (f9)

i used YaWnD to get the 3.4 dump, how do i extract the files from the .img
also the cioscorp wads all install perfect on 3.4, infact i have not come accross anything that dont work on 3.4, starfal is the only app i have never tried. In fact after installing cioscorp eveything worked even better. I just want the disc channel to show my backups. red squirrels menu rebooter works but i would like to have that feature perm. therefore to patch ios50 in 3.4 would be the same as 3.2 ios30 right?

your not going to find out if the CIOS package worked or not until you patch IOS50, thats the main squeeze it would be better to patch the IOS50 by hand, i mean the Multi CIOS installer would work, but that would mean the 3.4 would be running off of a OLD IOS which i not sure is safe, Better to dump the ORG IOS50,
