I used sys-clk in combination with Hekate and it doesn't seem to work. I see no graphical improvements with max overclocked specs in handheld mode with official charger (with DOOM and The Witcher 3). I have set the config file correctly. What could that be due to?

Battery damage. The fan also doesn’t run as fast in handheld as it can in docked, so you could also encounter overheating.

Is it really true that the fan doesn't work as well? I never heard of that. If so, isn't 768mhz GPU power + some CPU overclock while charging not dangerous already, since 768mhz is the docked speed already?

Yes. The fan will only go upto 67% fan speed in handheld. I personally wouldn't use docked speeds in handheld at all without editing the tskin_rate_table_handheld system setting, whether I'm charging or not.

You can solve the fan speed issue by throwing this into your system_settings.ini file in your atmosphere folder:
Code:
; use docked fan speed profiles in handheld
[tc]
tskin_rate_table_handheld = str!"[[-1000000, 40000, 0, 0], [36000, 43000, 51, 51], [43000, 53000, 51, 153], [53000, 58000, 153, 255], [58000, 1000000, 255, 255]]"

Looks like there's only fan configs for docked or handheld (regardless of charger), so handheld with original charger would still be at 67% unless you change the setting.
but my fan spins super fast and noisy when im playing handheld with docked speeds (or even higher speeds)

i rly doubt thats 67%, I also don't find it noisier when using docked

Then your system isn’t getting hot enough for it to do it in docked. The fan will only run at 100% in docked once it reaches ~58C.

thank you for the insight then, I'll edit my system_settings.ini adding what you shared

though im curious, if i flag the system as docked with reversenx, would it run at max fan speeds?

Nope, reversenx only tricks games into thinking their docked, the rest of the system knows it’s handheld.

sorry for the off topic but,

is there any way to raise the target temperature instead of 60C during OC?

it's pretty annoying having the fan spinning at it's full speed with only 50c+

Yeah there's a way, and I can give you something to make it spin even more :toot::toot::toot:

no thanks
i just needa raise the target temperature to 65~70C+ so the fans wouldn't spin as much but i don't know anything about coding...
I have already applied liquid metal and drilled some tiny holes on the back for extra air intake(and yes it does gave more airflow) still din't helped
