Hello everyone,

I'm trying to push my modded OLED Switch a bit further and am currently hitting a ceiling with my overclocks.

My current setup:

  • Console: Modded OLED Switch
  • CFW: Atmosphere 1.9.5
  • Firmware: 20.5.0
  • Tool: sys-clk 2.0.1
With this setup, sys-clk won't let me set the RAM clock higher than 1600 MHz or the GPU clock higher than 614 MHz. I've seen mentions of people achieving higher clocks and I'm curious if this is a hard limit or if there's a way to bypass it.

Is a different version of sys-clk, a specific sysmodule, or a config file edit required to unlock higher frequencies? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

OC Switchcraft EOS is what you need.

For an OLED, use this guide to find out how far you can push your console.

Use at own risk - you can screw things up when you're overclocking and undervolting.
Thank you for the quick and helpful reply!

I've checked the link, and it looks like my unit has the "God Tier (NEE)" RAM, which is great to see.

My main goal is just to get stable FPS in demanding titles like BotW and TotK, so I'll be aiming for a stable, moderate OC (mostly ram) rather than pushing for absolute maximum numbers. I'll be sure to proceed with caution.

Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction
