"I made a gun, but it won't work until it has a special part in it."

*Someone makes the part, and kills someone with the gun.*

"Oh, I can't get in trouble, I gave the gun for free to the person, but I didn't make the part, so it's not my fault they had the ability to make the part for the gun to work and kill a person!"

That's basically how these 3DS, Switch, and other Nintendo hackers try to stand by the fact that they are not making the pirating software, but other people are. They are completely fucking free of ANY predicament because of that stupid rule.

Who knows what he gains? He's a hypocrite for sure though. That's the point of what I'm saying. If he wants to be forgiven, he should reupload Hekate.

What I don't get though, is that even if what he is doing is hypocrisy in peoples eyes why do they care? Like calling him out and stuff, he's doing something for whatever personal interest reason and could leak out the findings and the scene would benefit. Yet you guys are like " Now I have to bookmark a different page for hekate" as if hekate was somehow stricken from the internet when it's easily available. Y'all are nuts.

i see your point if anyone should remove something it's reswitched cause LayeredFS is the reason of the piracy not Hekate

Only for the dev to work on something that enables piracy in the end, I fail to see how this is the better alternative to Hetake. Besides, the source is in the wild I'm sure, good luck having him stop it.

He shouldn't have removed Hekate. That's the whole point. The entire ReSwitched team is like this: 'oh noes my tool is getting used for piracy so I delet' then they say 'ooh I hax other guys piracy tool LOL'

Blatant hypocrisy.

If funny how a bunch of hypocrites are calling other hypocrites. Almost everybody here it a stealer of some sort. At the end you will all steal from the hard work of game's developer. You can't deny that? lol

It's more like they made a gun with a special kind of safety, and some jackass comes along and disables it and then someone else kills a person with it.

And I'm a supporter of piracy. If you wanna try a game before you buy it, nice. That's what I do and it sure as hell doesn't make me a hypocrite.

Good riddance on this, I dislike people who makes others pay for piracy.

There will be no official backup launcher in Atmosphere, yes, but at least ReSwitched isn't using Atmosphere to milk money from us.
