About the Switch I would not buy now only if it was a console to never hack it, because the new revision might have small improvements like on the IC chips that seem to have a huge failure rate or other small hardware improvements, but if its for hacking hell yeah, RUN TO BUY ONE before risking getting something not hackable so soon...
PC is off course the best, it has a bigger price, but its already hacked from factory
and still way better price than most console's dev units that appear for a huge amount of money, but at least at the moment there isnt any PC configuration that could actually become a good switch because the only thing close is the GPD Win2 and games run far worse in it than the Switch masterpiece.
