Hardware Switch wont power on, making buzzing noise coming from the motherboard

That resistor is low ohm’s or even 0 ohm’s not sure but it will buzz your multimeter if your using it to test for shorts.

Check the big coil next to bq24193 if your getting humming

Ok guys, I finally got a new multimeter and found a capacitor that is shorting

where should I go now?

on Tronicsfix video he is having the same spots shorts as me, he changed out the PI3USB IC and that fixed his. I ordered two of the chips too see if that fixes the issue.

Those 3 IC are the cause of most shorts.Try desolder them and see if the shorts go away
