That resistor is low ohm’s or even 0 ohm’s not sure but it will buzz your multimeter if your using it to test for shorts.
Check the big coil next to bq24193 if your getting humming

on Tronicsfix video he is having the same spots shorts as me, he changed out the PI3USB IC and that fixed his. I ordered two of the chips too see if that fixes the issue.
