You do realize that you’ve already gone past the official vdd2 range and that going any higher would have a higher risk of your RAM to malfunction and get diminishing returns in terms of power consumption? Raising voltages is not the primary variable to improving performance—proper timings are. As meha mentioned before, the timing adjustments in oc suite are not proper yet. Until that is done, you can improve performance further without the need of raising voltages a lot.

For instance, in L4T my RAM can run up to 2500MHz stable without any voltage adjustments.
Yeh I understand I'll just wait for a possible improvement.

I'm curious if anyone has some information on this, how would I know if my CPU is able to withstand undervolt? Mine's currently set on undervolt and CPU Speedo is 1593.Console works normal but how could I know if the CPU can take it?is there any way to test it?

my guess is to try stress testing it in emulation.

2295 CPU (2397 with CPU UV or compiling it to unlock), 1267 GPU (1305 if you compile it to unlock), 2502.4 RAM (with adjusted timings, more if you hex edit frecuency)
Thanks, is the OLED model better regarding obtaining better OC results?

It's like a V2, it depends more on the speedo and ram model, for example:

better GPU speedo = better GPU UV

better ram model = more OC is possible and usually with less voltage

Why does my Ram OC menu only show 1600 and 1996? Couldn’t there be a option for 1600, 1862 and 1996? It would be better if I could choose without changing the loading.kip file

[TINFOIL DETECTED, BLOCKING ACCOUNT!]

In all seriousness, I don't know, I had the exact same issue.

Due to OS limitations we can only select two RAM frequencies at runtime, what used to be 1333MHz is replaced by 1600 and the 1600 slot is the custom max frequency of your choice which you can change using the loader.kip configurator.

This is what I got using your micron settings including soc volt at 2295 CPU

mariko has only 3 tables available unlike erista, which is 204(used for sleep), 1331, and 1600. it's not easy to add another table because it's HOS, not linux.

(table means dvfs table which contains more than 1000 values related to that ram frequency)

Last edited by meha,
Anyone looking for means to test the memory overclocking/timings I highly recommend Borderlands the pre sequel, it's a very memory sensitive game and if things ain't going right you'll encounter 3 instances: 1 console will freeze/black screen as soon as you start it. 2 the game will start and freeze very shortly after getting into the game and playing it and 3 game will run but you will get noticeable artefacting.

Is there any way on how to hexedit freq ? I've tried searching the values and all but it returns nothing instead

Just followed the tutorial on a Mariko and all I got is blackscreen. Anyone got an AIO package that can be just overwritten to the root of the SD card?

Thanks, updated Atmosphere and it now works.

Cant see where to OC CPU/GPU in the configurator though, I'm stuck to the default loader.kip clocks
You can't change the CPU or the GPU clocks in the online configurator, you change them in game once you boot the console in your emunand or sysnand by using the Tesla overlay which you open by pressing front left shoulder button L1 + Dpad down+ the right stick R3 down all at the same time. The online configurator is for undervolting/overvolting the CPU and GPU, setting the CPU boost clocks and for changing the memory voltage frequency and timings.Theres a very simple tutorial you could find on YouTube if you just type "nintendo switch how to use sys clk overclock".
