is there any way to overclock gpu beyond 998 mhz? I know its not recommended but im curious to see if i can push rdr to 60fps
On Erista you can add tables for higher clocks, but the issue is 1075 is basically on the limit of safe gpu regulator voltages, so I wouldn't expect anything more than 1075 and some bad bins probably can't even get there.
More like, you'd be hitting the hardware limit for the voltage they can provide at that point.

adding tables for higher clocks would i have to rebuild sys-clk-oc? or do i add the tables in the ini config ? I used the online updater to get high mem 2131 but when i go to the overlay it doesn't show up as its own choice to pick....so i picked 1862 and it it shows 2131MHz how do i fix this

you'd have to modify parts of the loader in oc suite

no not newer. it has to be exactly same AMS version. there are older versions in github so you either update to AMS 1.5.5 or use older version for 1.5.4
What version should I be using for 1.5.4? 1.8.0? I'm failing to find what each OC suit version corresponds to each AMS version.

Hello! I wanted to undervolt my switch, started with GPU, the configurator doesn't allow to go lower than 610mV on GPU, so I'm going to modify the code. At first I compared voltages from overlay and from customize.cpp, neither default, SLT or HiOPT matches with the values I get. How do those values work? And what do other values from that table mean? If it helps, I use switch v2

HOS does not allow voltages below 610 mV

Ram can no longer be overclocked?

I have an Oled Switch on Firmware version 16.1.0 with OC Suite 1.8.1 and hekate 6.0.6
My global profile has the ram set to 1996mhz, but its no longer getting applied.
Even disabling the global profile and trying to raise the ram clock via the app profile or temporary profile does nothing.
Changing CPU and GPU clocks still works fine.

EDIT: hab overwritten my hekate files and the entries to load the kip file were gone.

I'm using it just for undervolting on a Switch Lite, noticed that there's no RAM freqs lower than 1600Mhz on SysCLK that comes with it, is it possible to somehow enable lower freqs like 1333, 800 etc?

Brother, ram on lower frequencies/undervolt in order to save more battery life is pretty much pointless as it won't get you a noticeable difference. The ram on switch is already crooked as it is, the best you can do is carefully undervolt the cpu and gpu.

what has cooler3d done?
he has stolen all work of Switch OC Switch, rebranded it as 4ifir and make seem like he made it all. This has happened since the very beginning of OCS, when Kazushime was developing OCS.

And he makes unacceptable insults and lies towards me and other switch developers, and he claims I have stolen code from his 4ifir, in which, reality is that he steals every code from me.

Can you confirm if Switch-OC-Suite is compatible with sys-patch? (not using sigpatches)

I updated FW 15.0.1 to 16.0.3 but did not d/l sigpatches - I installed sys-patch instead. I had to remove the line kip1patch=nosigchk for switch to boot correctly. After this, sys-patch is working, games boot.

However, now when I enable Switch-OC-Suite and set Mem Clk to 1862, it will only go up to 1600. Erista v1 switch - and I have the line in hekate_ipl.ini

kip1=atmosphere/kips/loader.kip
above
emummcforce=1

Without having kip1patch=nosigchk will this affect OC-Suite?

(I see old posts referencing the Mem clk 1862 > 1600 problem but they all seem to have the kip1patch=nosigchk line in their hekate ini)

Thank you,

I should use older loader.kip for 13.0.3 or, even better, update fw to the latest one. You prolly gonna need to anyway to play MK1 and test your overclock

Is it safe to go online with my original cartridge of Pokemon Scarlet, when overclocking my switch using the switch oc suite?

Or are there any positive or negative experiences with that?
