Are you using hekate/Nyx (hekate with gui)
should be a button labeled backup emmc sysnand or something of the like
Yes i am using the latest hekate/nyx that ctaer put out. However, whenever i boot into hekate it says that nyx is missing, and under the tools menu there isn’t any option to backup, the only option under tools is autorcm. Thanks for reaching out, sorry if i’m being ignorant, this is my first time going through this whole process.

You can copy everything from the FAT partition to a new SD card and everything will continue to work. However if you use EmuMMC and have it on a separate partition you have to copy that over as well. Then it gets a little more complicated. You can follow this guide to do it: https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/extras/transfer_sd/Is Atmosphere just as picky as OFW about transferring games from one mSD to another? In other words: if I drag and drop everything from a 200GB mSD to a fresh 512GB mSD, is it gonna ask me to download everything again before it's playable? And if so, can that be avoided by cloning it 1:1 instead?

I highly recommend using TinWoo Installer instead. Its much simpler to use and has better compatibility with Hekate.Hello. Noob here. So, I tried to update Tinfoil and now it say corrupt data. Went to download the latest atmosphére and tried to install Tinfoil again with no sucess. Any1 else with this issue? Thanks guys!
Thanks! Will try that when I get home.I highly recommend using TinWoo Installer instead. Its much simpler to use and has better compatibility with Hekate.

Some more information about your console can help such as firmware, what led up to this problem, what have you tried, etc.Cam anyone help me with this problem? I've been searching on the internet to see if anyone else had the same problem but no luck.

I highly recommend using the title manager, TinWoo Installer, to install .NSP files. Right now, the only CFW actively being updated is Atmosphere so regardless of it being the best or not, it is the only choice.Hello tempers,
I have been out of the loop for a while.
I have an unpatched switch and a RCMloader.
What is the best way to install NSPs?
Is Hekate/Atmosphere still the best? Which homebrew should I use to install the NSPs?
Thank you kindly
Thanks so much for your help, I was just being dumb. I kept putting the entire Hekate/Nyx file into the the sd card instead of pulling out the contents of the folder onto the root of the sd card.Grab it again from here and copy everything to your microSD card, (put your microSD back into the switch) then inject the hekate bin included and you should get the gui
OK, I have been using my rcm jig for my switch for the past 2 weeks, but I recently purchased a RCM Loader, If I start using my RCM Loader for my switch will it remove any files and game saves from my micro sd card?
