1) I don't know, there are many threads where people report about their delivery time. Just take a look around.
2) Developer stated that 4.1.0 will might get a warmboot. If you care about vulnerabilities in lower firmware, don't update. If you want to play the newest games, update. It's simple as that.

I'm sorry if this question has been asked a lot but, I'm in 5.0.2 waiting for atmosphere, is it safe to update to the latest update or will I be missing an important feature/ability if I do so?
Afaik, there's no reason to not update from 5.0.2 to 5.1.0. Also no fuses are burnt, so you can downgrade from 5.1.0 to 5.0.2 later on.

the guide states i need a 64 gb sd card, does this mean my current one (128 gb) will be pointless after i did the homebrew installation? or is the 64 gb only temporary?
micro sd card (32GB minimum, but you will want a 64GB or larger card in the future)
You need 32 GB minimum, but you can also use a larger micro sd card. 128 GB is totally fine.

I've been getting this fairly often. I'm on 4.1.0 using a 256gb MicroSD formatted to fat32. I've been using NXLoader to get into CFW. Installed a few homebrew apps. Havent figured out what triggers it yet. Looked it up, but not much that I could find. Any suggestions or knowledge of this?

Thanks for any help.

Currently on 4.1 and going to update soon.

Anything I should do before I hit the button when I get home tonight and start running LayeredFS?
