Hello,
i have a problem with a Switch Lite that i got for free.

A little bit of history:
  • Got the switch, stuck at switch Logo, sometimes it booted on the OS.
  • After one week, back to the switch logo, no other signs.
  • Installed a picofly, works correctly, created emunand but also that stuck at logo
  • after some attempts i got a purple screen, but i managed to revive it with NxNandManager
  • upgraded via NxNandManager to 19.0.0 with a donor nand, fuse count 20
  • now i'm back to the beginning
I'll add that:
  • Hekate boots fine, but shows 00.0°c temperature
  • Battery is charging correctly
  • Unable to go to recovery mode
  • the wifi works under ubuntu.
  • already tried the discharging battery trick

Can you give me some hints?
Thanks!

A purple screen is a kernel panic in the bootloader.
Although your emummc is on your SD card, the bootloader is still read from the emmc.
So sounds like a bad connection somewhere.

Note that the OFW will definetly not boot when it cannot read information from the battery management system.
I think the temperature readings also come from there.
Then it will get stuck on the Nintendo logo.
Maybe the CFW also has this check.
Hekate boots before all this and doesn't care whether your battery is health or on fire.
Check for missing resistors or scratches on the PCB around the shield of the CPU.
Those resistorscan be knocked off the board easily when trying to pry open the shield.
If that is al fine, maybe the battery management chip is broken.
