Hacking switch asking me to format my sdcard

I have created a CFW on emummc and installed some games.
Today my battery ran out and it booted back to "Stock" firmware but once booted, I get :

This microSD cards is being used with another Nintendo Switch console or was used with this console before formatting.

The Nintendo switch data stored on the microSD card must be deleted for it to be used with this console.

with a "Delete" button with no option to skip it...

is this normal??

i guess ntfs format it to FAT32 (recommended) or ExFAT!

any idea? It is annoying.. I guess if I click "delete", it will wipe my emuMMC?
