Trouble Moving TOTK Save To Switch

There is already a test save. I have the backup to restore in the JKSV folder. I move the Nintendo folder to the EmuMMC and restore the data in JKSV. The save data is there in EmuMMC, but when I move the Nintendo folder back to stock FW it only has the old test save.

What's happening?

[edit] I used the other boot method instead and it worked; the middle one. I noticed my Wi-Fi was on, so maybe I banned my console too.

The emummc is an image on your SD card.
The stock OFW uses the internal emmc memory.
Those are 2 seperate pieces of memory.
So when you copy the safefiles back with something like JKSV running your CFW, it copties those save files only to that image on your SD card and not the internal emmc memory that the OFW will be using.

Only when you run a CFW without an emummc, then save files are stored on the internal emmc memory that also the OFW will use.

Just like when you install a game (not from a cartridge) with your CFW on the emummc, it will also not show up in the OFW.
