There is really not a lot to explore. If you saw any of the photos of it then you have seen most of what it has to offer.
I have some older but good tools I have cobbled together over the years (metalwork, woodwork, plastics, electronics, mechanics, masonry, sewing, few cooking implements), about 30 different flavours of electrical tape and other tapes, some dead electronics I variously use for parts to do something silly when I am too cheap to buy a modern box that does it all or when people want legacy stuff, some benches to do all that on, a computer, my clothes, a couple of chairs, some old game consoles + games and some books (engineering/woodwork/metalwork/electrics/electronics/building, historical engineering/[insert previous list]/..., fantasy-sci fi books, some historical "science for the everyman" books, some history books, some propaganda, and a few cooking books) that most people probably won't want to read as they are too old and outdated even if they otherwise do things in the field they cover (I travel far and wide in pursuit of them, or at least they are something I actively pursue when otherwise travelling far and wide, I don't have much in the way of competition, indeed the trick is getting there before someone decides they want the space more or asking people so they bring them next week as yes someone does actually want them).
If you have ever met a general tinkerer or someone that likes to fix everything then there will be nothing terribly new, and books wise make that an older one/one when you were younger as most usually only get a few books and use them until they croak (at which point I appear on the scene). Equally as that is not exactly a lucrative skillset these days most of the tools are not even that impressive compared to what similar people might have (good stuff does tend to cost now everybody can look it up on ebay rather than assuming it is only worth its scrap value). If not then why burn a teleport/body swap on that as you can probably find someone similar in even the smallest village (listen for machine sounds at various points)?
