Hacking SuperCard DSTwo Sysupdate 1.12 works on 3DS FW 2.0.0-2

I was able to update my DSTwo to 1.12 on my 3DS(on 1.1), then updated my 3ds after and it worked perfectly.

I have updated the dstwo card in the 3ds with old firmware. It worked perfectly. I have no problems.

WOW so you two updated your dstwo on your 3ds that was on 1.1 firmware and it worked perfectly can you confirm this as I do not have a dsi or ds to updte and do not want to brick it?

well i got it to work.
Installed the 1.09 update on my dsixl with 1.4.1
Updated the files with the data update for 1.4.2 (its just a file drag and drop)
placed the 2.0-2 update file on the root of the SDcard
booted it on my dsixl 1.4.1
update prompt finally appeared
It Updated and its working fine.

For the guys that got it to work by updating on your 3ds what region is your 3ds and did you ever update your 3ds? Would help to say what firmware you were on.

theres a chance it might brick as someone already has bricked theres by doing it on 3DS

at the time i have updated the dstwo fw i got one system update . after the fw update i installed the new nintendo fw. downloaded everything (pokemon, excitebike) and watched the new software for few minutes.

I agree it would look less dodgy.
Oh and it is 'Tare Panada' you should know that. Unless you are not really in the wonderful place known as Japanland.

FYI

I confirm you can update the DSSTWO using your N3DS.
Mine was on version 1.1 (EU version)
1) I copied the dstwoupdate.dat to the root of my memorycard
2) started the DSTWO, which asked if I wanted to update (ofcourse I did!)
3) update succesful
4) removed the dstwo (just to be cautious) and updated the 3DS firmware (v2.0.0-2E)
5) After reboot, insert dstwo and... tadaaa... all works!

ok, i find by myself the solution...

Just need to flash with 1.09 firmware my DSTwo before using this Beta 1.12
and everything is ok now!
