I have just downloaded a PAL dvd9 of SSBB. I open it in Wii Scrubber and scrub it, then it was in a dvd5. I burnt it and it works perfectly on my PAL Wii with Wiikey2 and latest updates. So I have just do so simply and not used trucha signer and hex programs. So this works and I hope it are people who do this instead of hacking it with hex tools and trucka signer. Works for me.
