Hacking Super Smash Bros. Melee not working (Nintendont on vWii)

All other gamecube games work fine on Nintendont. But I start up Super Smash Bros. Melee and THE TV ITSELF SHOWS A MESSAGE SAYING "Unsupported signal, please check device output error".

This obviously seems like Nintendont is not sending the right signal to my TV. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you running the proper region game? USA. PAL, etc.

I think so. It said NTSC when I downloaded it. Isn't there a way to patch it so its region free anyways?
