Hacking Super Paper Mario having problems with 0.3 Gamma?

I read the Backup Launcher 0.3 Gamma compatibility list and the only notable game that it lists as not working is Super Paper Mario. Does it really have problems and is it unplayable on it?

I have no problems with Super Paper Mario and many of the other games on the incompatibility list. It is possible the list is outdated or games were not working for other reasons. I even got a scrubbed version of SSBB to play but it had some problems a little ways in.

EDIT..

NTSC on NTSC Back up loader 03 with 002 fix.

Super paper mario is perfectly playable
However, the pal version might have a bug in it, that lets the game crash if you talk to a specific person on a specific time

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
