So i have figured out that I should be stuck in the AUTO RCM thing since it's just black screen, can't boot up. I know for a fact that the battery is charged cause i did manage to boot into OFW, I don't know how and saw that the battery is at 70%. (Now i can no longer boot into anything).

I tried to inject payload - I copied the payload.bin from my SD card, and i don't remember which hekate version i have been using.
The Tegra just keeps going NOT RESPONDING every single time. And i tried to use different cables and etc, nothing works!

And yes, TEGRA can detect the RCM.

So what can i do next? I don't mind if i have to reset the entire switch again, but how can i do that when the screen is permanently black and nothing is working!
Please help!

Try injecting a known payload that doesn’t require anything else.

This one will work perfectly for our purposes:

https://github.com/shchmue/Lockpick_RCM

Please let us know if this boots up properly and if it doesn’t please let us know if there are any errors, sounds, lights, etc, etc.

We can try maintenance mode. Only do steps 1 and 2…then power off and reboot by holding the power button down for 13 seconds.

If this is the same oled from your previous post, possibly your hwfly is v3, it stop glitching. Also oled can't be in autorcm

I have a new OLED with HWFLY Chip.

What the heck?

@Ashmine

There’s ZERO possibility to hack an OLED by injecting a bootloader via RCM.

Yes it’s the HWFLY, I don’t know the version of the chip. So all the auto rcm thing I read about it is the normal version not OLED???

So what I can do right now? Or is it really done/bricked forever?

Sorry I’m not technically inclined. When I got this OLED switch I was able to do all the step by step guide to install hekate and atmosphere and got it work.

So you mean to inject payload or whatever won’t work? Is that Tegra is always not responding?

So what can I do now to get it work or even boot up or any responses at all?

Correct. RCM only works with early V1/Erista models. V2, Lite and OLED all require a modchip such as HWFLY to glitch the chip.

Black screen could be caused by several things so you should start at the beginning.

1) what version of firmware are you running on your modchip? https://github.com/hwfly-nx/firmware

2) what are the colors and patterns of the modchip when you first power on? (The lights are viewable inside the bottom grill.)

OK! it flashes purple for a while then the last light before it went off was RED. So i'm guessing it's eMMC error??? What can i do with eMMC error? Does it make it not boot up at all??

Could it be soldering issue? Im thinking to just send it back the modder to check. I just don't want them to charge me extra bucks when i could have solved it myself...but it feels so much more complicated now.

It’s probably your DAT0 connection to the eMMC has come loose. This is very common. It was possibly friction fitted (easier but weak connection) rather than reflowed (more work but more solid contact). If yiu have a rework station you can do this yourself but if you don’t it’s better to take it back to the installer and have them reseat your DAT0 (provided that’s actually the issue.)
