I hacked a 3ds for a friend of mine, (a9lh+luma) and everything was fine, but, he installed the street pass plaza games, and after some time his plaza bugged, and the 3ds itself deleted the games, abd afterwards he cannot recieve puzzle pieces in the puzzle minigame, cuz it appears as if he completed the game fully, so i wanted to know if doing a format through system settings (to restart the plaza) would mess the hack, or what can he do?
