Strange. Try booting into Maintenance mode, see if that helps.

How do I do that?

Hold + and - while pressing A. It's on the cheats section of the Wii console in GameFAQs

He's full of it. Look at his recent posts.

http://gbatemp.net/index.php?act=Search&am...sult_type=posts

Then he either means...

1) He got a new wii that wasn't ever modded.

2)He means that he never modified the health screen.

or
3) he has a second wii

4) he's helping out a friend who's wii is doing this and has never done any mods

Did you install any wads recently? If so you might have a banner brick on your hands.

QUOTEit was never modified

When I first read your post, I thought you meant that you never modified your "health screen". You were very ambiguous in your original post. Also "Modified" can be a very subjective term. Your understanding of modified and mine can be quite different. Assuming you have never installed anything previous on your Wii, call up Nintendo and explain your situation to them. If your wii is out of warranty you can say it happened after updating your wii and you might get away with getting a free repair.

Judging from your previous posts on GBATemp, this does not seem to be the case, although I could be wrong.

Hope you find a solution to your problem.

OK, My other post have nothing to do with this.

I need help with a friends Wii that was never touch with any kinds of mods. At least he says that he never tried.

I'm not sure if it is under waranty or not but I just thought I would try here first because SOME of the people here are very smart and other well enough said.

Then again look at me talking like this and asking for help at the same time.

Anyways, I would like to hear more helpfull comments.

Then, if it was never modded, I don't see how the Wii could have any trouble, unless he pulled the plug on an update or something. Can you just ask him what he did before it stopped working? Also, I'm not sure if this will work, I'm just guessing, but try unplugging all cables from the Wii, wait 30 minutes, and see if that makes any difference. I've heard this worked for some problems, but I'm not positive.
