Hacking State of my Wii

Currently I'm able to run games using USB Loader GX. But I've no idea what other crap is in my Wii, is there anyway to do a clean up? Of CISO and what starloader stuff? To make it "cleaner"?

Why do you need it to be cleaner? Other than some OCD-ish delusional fantasy that unused files "dirty" a system?

Just restore default settings, I guarantee it will be clean of all unnecessary junk... or get a skin to protect the exterior if you are so particular about its cosmetic condition.
