HWFLY stcu in flashing green after Stock Firmware update

I bought an modded OLED Switch with the HWFLY chip. like and idiot I boot into stock firmware and updated the firmware to 17.0.1 and the Switch won't boot now. it's stuck in a blank screen. I can see the chip is flashing green. What can i do to recover it?

can you bypass the chip by holding both volume buttons at boot?
