No, its officially 256mbs and trimmed a little less so you could fit that game on a 1 gig 4x over.

A pain in the ass admittedly for any owners of 1 gig cards but sd cards are so cheep these days it shouldn't be a problem upgrading.

Question: is this the first english ds game of its size 256mbs?

Speed shouldn't be an issue with the R4 and your 1 gig card, and the poster above reported the game working on hir R4 so it must be a fault at your end , Try to format your microsd and replace the 1.18 kernal with a freshly downloaded version.

Failing that try the ysmenu os for the R4

Let's try defragmenting the file, when i checked the disk defragmenter, the rom itself is fragmented to 8 fragments.

The might contribute to the issue, i'm trying to defragment my card now, it will take at most, 2 hours. I'll post if it works.

It might not also be defragged, and this would only add another 2 hours, and so on.

If this fails, I'm going to play Pokemon diamond with the new camera cheat...

Edit: Finished defragging and the result is....
No, it does not work with R4DS with kernel 1.18, complete defragmentation
R4 users have to wait for a kind of patch to fix this.
Or a gameshark code to skip that part.

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5

@BigOnYa, Then i think people were talking about fallout 76
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    that one was buggy too
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
