Hacking SSBB menu translation?

Helo folks!

Dunno if it was on gbatemp or in another board but a few days ago I saw a bunch of screenshots where the japanese menus where on the one and the english were one the other side.

Can anyone lead me to this translation please?!

    Yeah, the reason I went there was because it was a small one that had appeared in my lower eyelid a few years ago. It was small and pretty much invisible to others, but it bothered me when I looked down.

    Well alot of people don't have or can afford the insurance aspect system of it America has options to cancel and purchase more people aren't aware of
